Appearance:
The wine is clear and has a golden color with green reflections.

Nose:
The Chardonnay brings fullness and smoothness. The Torrontes is present with its hints of white and muscat flowers. Some people also found hints of tarragon in this bouquet of wine, you too ?

Palate:
It is a fresh wine easy to drink. Its sour balance gives lightness and a tasty palate. It is « fat » in the mouth.

Wine and food matches:
It is to be drunk for the aperitif and with shellfish and sea food. And why not with sushis ?!

When should I drink this wine?
You should drink it during the year in order to enjoy its freshness. Serve it ideally between 8° and 12°.

The domain:
Situated in the Mendoza province, the vineyards that produce the grapes of this Tierra de Luna are planted in a semi-desert zone, with a " grey ground ". It is volcanic moraine. These extreme conditions require from the plants the best of themselves. The result is grapes that express themselves with distinctive aromas in the glass. It is an excellent method to identify the characteristics of the vines that are produced.
